Herbert Zipper: Two Dances for Trudl (1929)

In 1929, Herbert Zipper wrote this piece for the love of his life, Trudl Dubsky while in Vienna. They shared an unbreakable bond forged through hardship and artistic collaboration. The two were married in 1939 and stayed together until Trudl’s death in 1976.
